WHAT KA RQUIRES FROM PRODUCT/SERVICE PROVIDER
  • Follow local law and guidelines
  • Provide Valid Business license if any
  • Provide chef training, certificates if any
  • Should carry liability insurance
  • Provide experience and references
  • Provide Work space pics and location for inspection
  • Should not try to do business with consumer or their contacts outside of KA. If done, will be barred for KA app without any refunds.
  • Will provide a incidental charge deposit (unable to deliver)
  • Will Pay KA 10% of the budget order.
  • Will pay state/city tax on the order
  • Should get products/supplies for order no more than 48hrs before deliver and should upload receipts.
  • Consumer will pay 10% advance of budget at the time of booking/conf via KA
  • Consumer will pay 50% advance of budget 48hrs before delivery via KA.
  • Consumer will pay balance at the time of delivery via KA
  • Allowed to charge mutually delivery fees outside of your radius order
  • Cancellation allowed before 72hrs for full refund to buyer
  • 5% Cancellation fee before 24hrs if either one of cancels
  • Cancellation not allowed at 24hrs before delivery by either party
  • Incidental deposit amount will be charged if cancelled during 24hr period.
  • Provider account will be disabled and will be barred to re-register.
